Generic Claritin 10 mg

Description

You should consult your doctor before taking Claritin and guide you on dose application. Children aged 3 to 12 years weighing more than 30 kg – 10 mg (1 tablet) once a day. For adults and children weighing more than 30 kg with severe hepatic impairment, the initial dose should be 10 mg (1 tablet) every other day. Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age are recommended to take Claritin 10 mg (1 tablet) 1 time per day. Elder patients should go to the doctor for a complete check-up if any chronic renal failure.

After using the medication some unwanted side effects show in patients’ bodies. The patient may experience common side effects and sometimes severe side effects. This medication should discontinue 48 hours before skin testing. Because antihistamines may interfere with diagnostic testing. Some patients experience drowsiness while taking it. It may affect their ability to drive and use machines. The medicine should store out of the reach of children and pets. You should store it at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

Any food does not affect the effectiveness of the medicine. The drug does not enhance the effects of alcohol on the central nervous system. But you should ask your doctor if you feel uneasy after mixing any food or medication with Claritin. Inform your doctor if you are taking anti-anxiety medicine Valium,  Ativan, Lexapro, Luvox, Klonopin, sleeping pills like  Ambien, Sonata, Rozerem, Halcion, Restoril, or Lunesta, or other pain relief medicine like Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Oxycontin, Gabapentin, Norco, Vicodin, Lortab, etc. Stop these pills after consulting your doctor.
